Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rainbow Garage Door recently installed a new garage door for me and my wife. Not only does the door work great, the service was exceptional! Everyone we talked to was so easy to work with, and they accommodated our busy schedules. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Rainbow garage several days ago and we agreed that Nati would come out in Sunday between 9-11. He texted me at 9:20am to see if I was still available and I said yes. He came about 10:15 and got everything fixed and replaced any part that was needed. He left around 1:20pm and did an excellent job. I am very happy with my working garage door and the work ethic Nati showed. A lovely person!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nati was great! He was able to squeeze me in before another appointment so he was able to come by in just 40 minutes!
He diagnosed the problems, and got my door fixed with a new motor, springs etc in about an hour and a half.
Great experience!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My garage door would not open or close all the way right before I was supposed to go away for a long weekend. I called Rainbow Garage Door and Nati came out within an hour. We had a new smart operator and keypad installed right away because Nati had everything he needed with him. We can now open/close the door using our phone, and it's so much quieter! The price seemed reasonable and they warranty the work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WOW! Nadi and Ben were awesome! Called Sunday afternoon and they were there in a couple hours and totally rebuilt a 50 year-old door. Works like new. Super fair price and they went above and beyond.
I wish everybody could be this good.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nati was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. It was clear he cared about me as a customer by how he completed his work. He provided relevant information and recommendations on the mechanics of my garage door and never tried to up-sale me.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Came out to see my project the day I called. A little phone and email tag to get some new door options to me. I made some elections and asked for pricing and they stopped responding. After multiple attempts I stopped trying.

***Updated. In response to the owners comment Nati was out at my home on 9/21/22. I have electronic proof of our texts. Ownership has since contacted me and asked if they could make it right. Updating review stars slightly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called, technician came by in about 1.5 hours, fixed my door in about 30 min. Fair prices, great service. He even was able to fix the original parts so didn’t charge me for a replacement. 5*
